1. Delivery timeline
Paytap NFC tags are dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation and typically delivered in 3–5 business days across India. Remote pin codes may take up to 7 business days.
2. Coverage
We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes.
3. Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order from the Paytap app and dashboard.
4. Failed delivery / re-shipment
If our courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the shipment is returned to our warehouse. Write to support@paytap.co.in with your order ID and we'll arrange re-shipment at no additional cost (for the first re-shipment).
5. Shipping partners
We work with leading national logistics partners to ensure fast, tracked delivery. Specific carrier information is shared with each order.
