1. Order cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before dispatch by writing to support@paytap.co.in with your order ID. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — but defective or undelivered tags are eligible for replacement (see below).
2. Defective or damaged tags
If a tag arrives damaged or stops working, raise a request from the Paytap app or email support within 7 days of delivery. Verified defective tags are replaced free of charge. Return shipping (where applicable) is arranged by Paytap.
3. Wallet balance refund (account closure)
To refund your wallet balance, follow the 2-step closure flow:
- Clear or transfer the wallet balance back to your source account.
- Submit an account closure request from the app or by email.
Refunds reach the source account within 7–10 business days of the closure request being approved.
4. Non-refundable items
- The activation fee, once KYC is completed.
- Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) for the elapsed billing period.
- Tag issuance for tags that have been used and are not defective.
